All our services are provided based on prior contracts and approved price offers.
Once the contract is signed and service execution begins, no refunds or deductions are allowed, except in the specific cases mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Clients are entitled to request a refund only if Media Tech fails to deliver the agreed marketing services within 15 business days from the date of agreement and receipt of payment.
3. Refund Request Process
If the services are not delivered within the specified period, the client may submit an official refund request through email or the designated official channels, including:
Contract details or the approved price offer.
Proof of payment.
A clear description of the undelivered services within the agreed timeframe.
4. Review of Refund Requests
Media Tech will review refund requests within 7 business days of receiving them.
If the request meets the specified conditions, the full refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days from the approval date.
5. Exceptions
Clients cannot request a refund once the agreed services have commenced.
Delays caused by the client (such as late submission of required materials) do not qualify for a refund.
Any refund request that does not comply with the specified conditions will be declined.
6. Amendments to the Refund Policy
Media Tech reserves the right to modify this policy at any time based on business requirements and applicable regulations. Updates will be posted on our official website.
